Buying boots intended for young children is in many cases hard, every parent or guardian knows this, and if you live in the North when it snows a lot, it’s important to keep your child’s feet dry.  I had the delight; really my six year old son had the joy of trying out a couple Muck Boots brand new Kid’s Rover Winter Sport Boot.  Now, trying on a pair of and writing a review is usually different for me as compared to having our son test them on and write a comparison.

Finally ,  theboots arrived neatly packed in a box on our front porch on a Friday afternoon.  Coincidently it just happened to snow almost 6 inches the prior evening.  Naturally, my son appeared to be incredibly ecstatic to receive his new boots on and get outside and use.

Watching him through the comfort of my comfortable family room, my son did those things any other 6 year old might do in the snow.  He rolled about within the snow, made some type of construction, then rolled about some more.  After a short while he forgot he was even wearing new boots.

He stayed outside for a few hours; kids can seem to withstand the frigid for very long periods when they are having fun.  When he got inside and took his boots off, I asked him exactly how he appreciated them and he said, “Good”, and ran down in to his room.  Placing my hand inside the boot when he took them off was all of the evidence I required.  They felt toasty comfortable and totally dry.  Muck Boots has a success here, especially for the kids within snowy, less warm climates.
